Travione Global provides private tours, faith and heritage tours, cultural travel programs, VIP transfers, guiding services, accommodation coordination, itinerary planning and other travel-related services.

4. Requests and Reservations

Submitting a request through the website, email, phone, WhatsApp or social media does not create a confirmed reservation.

A reservation is considered confirmed only after the service scope, itinerary, price, payment terms and reservation details are approved in writing by Travione Global and, where applicable, the required payment or deposit has been received.

Travione Global reserves the right to decline, revise or cancel a request if the requested service is unavailable, unsuitable, incomplete or cannot be provided under reasonable operational conditions.

5. Prices and Payments

Prices may vary depending on travel dates, group size, service category, hotel availability, transfer type, guide requirements, currency fluctuations, supplier prices and operational costs.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, prices do not include personal expenses, visa fees, travel insurance, international flights, optional activities, meals not specified in the program, tips or other items not expressly listed as included.

Payment terms, deposit requirements and due dates are communicated separately for each reservation.

Failure to make payments by the agreed due date may result in cancellation of the reservation or changes to service availability.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund conditions may vary depending on the type of service, supplier rules, hotel policies, guide arrangements, transportation reservations and the timing of cancellation.

Any cancellation request must be submitted in writing.

Refunds, if applicable, will be calculated according to the confirmed service terms, third-party supplier policies and costs already incurred.

Certain services, special arrangements, hotel bookings, private transfers, guide reservations or customized programs may be non-refundable after confirmation.

7. Changes to Programs

Travione Global may revise the itinerary, route, accommodation, transportation, timing or service order when necessary due to operational, safety-related, legal, weather-related, supplier-related or force majeure reasons.

Where possible, Travione Global will make reasonable efforts to provide an alternative service of similar standard.

Minor changes that do not significantly affect the overall nature of the service do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund.

8. Traveler Responsibilities

Travelers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during the booking process.

Travelers are responsible for having valid passports, visas, travel documents, health documents, insurance and any other documents required for travel.

Travelers must comply with local laws, customs, safety instructions, hotel rules, transportation rules, guide instructions and the reasonable directions of service providers.

Travione Global is not responsible for losses, delays, denied boarding, denied entry, cancellation or additional costs resulting from incomplete, inaccurate or invalid traveler documents.

9. Health, Accessibility and Special Requirements

Travelers must inform Travione Global in advance of any health conditions, accessibility needs, mobility limitations, dietary requirements or special requests that may affect the travel experience.

Travione Global will make reasonable efforts to accommodate special requests, but cannot guarantee that all requests can be fulfilled unless expressly confirmed in writing.

Travelers are responsible for assessing whether a program is suitable for their personal health, mobility and travel conditions.

10. Third-Party Service Providers

Some services may be provided by third-party suppliers such as hotels, restaurants, transportation companies, licensed guides, local operators, insurance providers, payment providers or activity providers.

Travione Global makes reasonable efforts to work with reliable suppliers. However, third-party services may be subject to their own rules, availability, terms and limitations.

Travione Global is not responsible for delays, defects, cancellations, losses or damages caused directly by third-party providers, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all travelers.

Unless expressly included in the confirmed service package, travel insurance is not included in the service price.

Travelers are responsible for obtaining adequate insurance coverage for cancellation, medical expenses, accidents, lost baggage, delays and other travel-related risks.

12. Force Majeure

Travione Global shall not be liable for failure or delay in performing its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control.

Such events may include, but are not limited to, natural disasters, severe weather conditions, war, terrorism, civil unrest, epidemics, pandemics, strikes, government restrictions, border closures, transportation disruptions, supplier failures, technical failures or other extraordinary circumstances.

In such cases, Travione Global may revise, postpone, replace or cancel the affected service where necessary.

13. Limitation of Liability

Travione Global is responsible for providing the confirmed services with reasonable care and professional diligence.

However, Travione Global shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or unforeseeable losses, including loss of enjoyment, loss of opportunity, personal expenses, missed connections or losses caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits any mandatory rights granted to travelers under applicable law.

14. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, images, graphics, logos, tour descriptions, itineraries, designs and layouts, is owned by or licensed to Travione Global unless otherwise stated.
