1. Parties

(Hereinafter the "Agency".)
Buyer (Participant): the natural or legal person who makes a reservation and/or payment through tour.travioneglobal.com (hereinafter the "Participant").
2. Subject
This agreement sets out the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and performance of the package tour / tourism services booked electronically by the Participant via tour.travioneglobal.com, pursuant to the Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, the Regulation on Distance Contracts and the Regulation on Package Tour Contracts.
3. Description of Services
The scope of the service (itinerary, duration, departure date, accommodation level, transport, inclusions and exclusions) is described in detail on the relevant tour page of the website ("Tour Information" tab). Services not listed in the tour programme are not included in the tour price.
4. Price and Payment
The tour price is the total price displayed on the website and in the reservation summary at the time of booking, in the currency selected on the site. Payment can be made by credit/debit card with 3D Secure verification through the QNB virtual POS infrastructure, or by other payment methods offered by the Agency. Card details are never stored by the Agency; transactions are processed under bank security (see Secure Payment).
5. Confirmation of the Reservation
The reservation becomes final upon completion of payment or upon written confirmation by the Agency via e-mail/phone. The Agency reserves the right not to confirm a reservation in cases of insufficient availability, date conflicts or force majeure; in such cases any amount collected is refunded in full.
6. Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to Article 15/1-g of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for accommodation, transport, food and beverage and leisure services that must be performed on a specific date or within a specific period. Tour reservations with fixed departure dates therefore fall within this exemption. The Participant's cancellation rights are governed by Section 7 below and the Regulation on Package Tour Contracts.
7. Cancellation, Changes and Refunds
The Participant may cancel or request changes to a reservation by written notice to the Agency (info@travioneglobal.com). Cancellation and refund conditions, including any deduction rates, are published in the "Refund Policies" tab of the relevant tour page and presented for the Participant's approval during booking. Mandatory provisions of the Regulation on Package Tour Contracts in favour of the Participant remain reserved.
The Agency may make changes to the tour programme that are not to the Participant's detriment where required by availability, weather/road conditions or operational necessity. If a tour is cancelled by the Agency, the Participant receives a full refund or, with the Participant's consent, an equivalent alternative tour.
8. Force Majeure
Natural disasters, epidemics, war, terrorism, strikes, decisions of public authorities and similar events beyond the parties' control constitute force majeure. In such cases the parties act in accordance with the Regulation on Package Tour Contracts.
9. Participant's Obligations
The Participant is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided at booking, for the validity of travel documents (ID, passport, visa, etc.) and for complying with the meeting times and places stated in the tour programme. The Agency is not liable where the service cannot be used due to the Participant's failure to meet passport, visa, vaccination or similar administrative requirements.
10. Personal Data
The Participant's personal data are processed in accordance with Turkish Data Protection Law No. 6698 as described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Disputes
Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts at the Participant's place of residence or at the place of performance are competent for disputes arising from this agreement, within the monetary limits announced by the Turkish Ministry of Trade.
12. Entry into Force
By completing the reservation and making payment through the website, the Participant is deemed to have accepted all terms of this agreement. The agreement enters into force upon confirmation of the reservation.
