This carefully designed private journey combines comfortable transportation, premium accommodation, nature, local cuisine and authentic experiences without long and exhausting travel days.

Guests are welcomed at Istanbul Airport, assisted with their domestic flight connection and begin their Black Sea journey upon arrival in Trabzon.

At the end of the journey, guests return to Istanbul Airport, where Travione Global provides arrival assistance and support for their onward travel arrangements.

DAY 1 – ISTANBUL AIRPORT WELCOME & FLIGHT TO TRABZON

Guests are personally welcomed by the Travione Global team at Istanbul Airport.

Our team assists guests with their domestic flight procedures and ensures a smooth transition to their Trabzon flight.

Flight from Istanbul to Trabzon.

Upon arrival at Trabzon Airport, guests are welcomed by their private driver and professional guide.

Depending on the flight arrival time, begin with a panoramic Trabzon experience.

Visit Atatürk Mansion and enjoy panoramic views over Trabzon and the Black Sea from Boztepe.

Transfer to the hotel and check-in.

After time to relax, enjoy a carefully selected dinner featuring local Black Sea cuisine.

DAY 2 –SUMELA MONASTERY & UZUNGÖL

After breakfast, depart by private vehicle toward Altındere Valley.

Visit the spectacular Sumela Monastery, dramatically located on the cliffs of Altındere National Park.

Enjoy the forests, valleys and natural landscapes of the region.

Continue toward Uzungöl.

Enjoy a regional lunch before discovering one of the most famous natural destinations of the Eastern Black Sea.

Guests have free time to enjoy cafés, photography, shopping and relaxing by the lake.

Visit selected panoramic viewpoints overlooking Uzungöl.

DAY 3 – UZUNGÖL – RIZE – FIRTINA VALLEY – AYDER HIGHLANDS

After breakfast, depart from Uzungöl toward Rize.

Continue toward Fırtına Valley.

DAY 4 – PRIVATE HIGHLAND & LOCAL LIFE EXPERIENCE

Today is the signature experience of the journey.

Travel by suitable private vehicles into one of the carefully selected highlands and mountain villages of the Eastern Black Sea region.

Depending on seasonal and weather conditions, the route may include destinations such as Huser, Pokut, Sal or Elevit Highlands.

Discover spectacular mountain landscapes, traditional wooden houses and the unique lifestyle of the Black Sea highlands.

Meet local people and experience regional traditions and hospitality.

Enjoy a private countryside lunch prepared with local products.

Guests have time for photography, nature walks and relaxation.

Return to the hotel in the afternoon.

DAY 5 – AYDER HIGHLANDS – TRABZON AIRPORT – ISTANBUL AIRPORT

Depending on the flight schedule, stops can be arranged for shopping for regional products such as Turkish tea, honey and local delicacies.

Upon arrival at Istanbul Airport, guests are welcomed and assisted by the Travione Global team.

Guests continuing their international journey are assisted with their onward flight procedures.

FLIGHT ARRANGEMENTS & TRAVEL PLANNING

Domestic and international flights are not included in the tour price.

Because this journey has been carefully designed to provide a complete Black Sea experience within a limited travel period, the timing of guests’ domestic and international flights is an important part of the overall travel plan.

To ensure the smooth operation of the itinerary and make the most efficient use of the available travel time, we strongly recommend planning and booking all flights in coordination with Travione Global.

Coordinating flight schedules with the tour itinerary allows us to select the most suitable arrival and departure times, minimize unnecessary airport waiting periods, avoid disruptions to scheduled activities and maximize the time guests spend enjoying the destinations.

Upon request, Travione Global can plan and arrange both domestic and international flight tickets on behalf of guests.

Flight ticket costs are calculated separately and added to the final reservation amount.

Guests who prefer to purchase their own flight tickets are kindly requested to confirm their proposed flight schedules with Travione Global before completing their bookings to ensure compatibility with the tour itinerary.

PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the reservation.

The remaining balance must be paid no later than 15 days before the tour departure date.

The deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation.

Reservations are confirmed after receipt of the deposit and written confirmation by Travione Global.
